A stunning coastal home renovation managed end-to-end while the clients lived interstate — a thoughtfully designed weekend escape blending relaxation and entertaining.
This renovation presented a unique challenge: completing a major transformation with our clients residing in another state. Utilizing advanced technology and tools like BuilderTrend, we coordinated every detail efficiently, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience despite the distance.
Their architect referred them to us, and we were thrilled to be part of the project. Together with Muriel and Duncan, we worked closely to design a home that reflected their personality and needs. Once the vision was clear, we implemented our signature MuskensScope™, kicking off the building stage with precision and efficiency.
Every feature was carefully considered, from the custom-built cabinetry to the landscaping. The house has two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright and airy study, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor entertainment area—complete with the star of the show, the pool. One standout moment was watching the pool being lifted over the house and into the backyard.
Building in Cabarita came with its own set of unique challenges, particularly environmental factors. With a mix of innovation and practicality, we crafted a home that was not only beautiful but built to last—a perfect fit for its coastal surroundings.
