Initial Consultation
It all starts with a chat. Reach out and let's talk about your ideas, your needs, and the vision you have for your home.

Site Visit & Discovery
Time to meet in person and dive deeper into your initial ideas. We'll visit your block—or existing home—to get a feel for the site and explore its potential. It's also a chance for our Director, Christo, to ensure we're the right fit for each other before moving forward.

Design & Selections
Here's where your ideas start to take shape. We explore floor plans, elevations, and your style preferences. This is the fun part—where you get to pick and choose what matters most to you. We'll shape the design and selections around your vision and budget, making sure we're heading in the right direction from day one.

Council Approval
We take care of all the paperwork and lodge the necessary documents with council—leave the red tape to us.

Planning & Costing
While your plans are with council, we get to work behind the scenes. This stage includes a full bill of quantities, construction schedules, and collaboration with our trusted subcontractors and trades. We lock in materials, fixtures, and finishes—room by room—so there's no guesswork. It's all about giving you cost clarity and build confidence before construction begins.

Contract & Scheduling
Let's make it official. Everything we've planned together in the Muskens Detailed Scope is wrapped into a formal construction contract. Your project is now booked into our schedule and ready to roll.

Construction
This is where the magic happens. Sit back and watch your home come to life—crafted with care, detail, and quality workmanship.

Handover & Aftercare
Welcome home. We'll walk you through everything with our handover checklist so you feel confident and comfortable. But we don't just hand you the keys and disappear—we'll check in at set times to make sure everything's going well. You'll also have our guarantees in place for peace of mind, plus an aftercare guide covering all the new features in your home—so you can enjoy it for generations to come.
