Three Steps to Building with Confidence
The Comprehensive Feasibility Report — from $750
Ideal for clients in the early planning stages, the Comprehensive Feasibility Report gives you a clear understanding of your project's approximate costs, constraints, and potential. While optional, it's a highly valuable first step to ensure your project is realistic before investing further time and money. Includes site research, council research, a general estimate on your proposed project, and a one-on-one Zoom with Christo (Director) to walk through your report. Timeframe: approximately 2 weeks.
The Concept Design Phase
Once you're comfortable with your feasibility results, we move into the Concept Design Phase—where your ideas begin to come to life. We start exploring floor plans, layouts, elevations, and overall style direction, helping you shape a home that reflects your lifestyle, needs, and vision. At the same time, we guide your selections and design decisions to ensure everything stays aligned with your budget and buildability.
The Muskens Detailed Scope
The Muskens Detailed Scope is designed for those ready to move beyond the planning stage and into the construction phase. It's essential for starting construction and ensures your project is on target for budget and timeline accuracy. It includes detailed trade and subcontractor quotes, a full timeline schedule, inclusions and exclusions, material and finish specifications, a bill of quantities, architectural/drafting plans and a 3D construction model. When you choose Muskens Building Co., this report is required for construction.
