When our clients Ben and Marie approached us, they had a clear dream: a beachside home in New Brighton that felt modern yet homely, perfect for their young family and their professional life. Their vision was not just a house but a home where memories would be made, and guests would feel welcome.
Together, we selected a draftsman who aligned perfectly with our dedication to quality and detail, then worked hand-in-hand with Ben and Marie to create the best possible plans. We implemented our MuskensScope™ process, guaranteeing a rapid start to the building process within 14 days.
The home includes four bathrooms, three bedrooms, a study, a kids' room, a lounge room, and a large outdoor entertainment area, with custom-built wall features, benches and a specially designed kitchen. Building so close to the coast meant carefully considering environmental aspects like rising sea levels and local flood regulations.
The unforeseen challenge of COVID-19 and border closures posed a significant risk to our timeline. Rather than wait around, we got creative — using our contacts and local suppliers to source materials that were just as good, keeping the project on schedule. Their new home in New Brighton isn't just a structure; it's a story of dreams realised and challenges overcome.
