Andrew and LA approached us with a vision: preserve the character of their original home while extending it to better suit modern family living and year-round entertaining. The clients wanted more space, seamless indoor–outdoor flow, and a home that would bring their extended family together.

Working closely with Andrew and LA from the design stage through to completion, we carried out a full transformation that included an extension of the existing Queenslander, restoration of heritage features, major earthworks and tiered landscaping, a custom driveway, and designer finishes throughout — blending traditional materials with contemporary comfort.

A one-of-a-kind custom-built fireplace anchors the main living area, while handcrafted bespoke cabinetry was tailored to the family's lifestyle and storage needs. The sloping site was transformed with terraced levels, retaining solutions and garden integration for usability and visual impact.
